No smoking, pets or parties. Please note, there is a WC separate to the bathrooms whilst the washing machine can be found in one of the bathrooms. The balcony is shared by the two bedrooms. The apartment is located on the seventh floor and can be accessed by a lift. A dog is also one of the family members who usually lives here.
