Enter the living room itself and experience a feeling of comfort immediately: the upholstery of the bespoke, inbuilt sofas blends into the carpet seamlessly to create a cohesive aesthetic. The light of the bay window throws sunlight onto the whole space– but if you’re keen for a night in, close the blinds and put your favourite flick on the flatscreen TV.
Venture further into the home to find the kitchen and dining area. This room is the perfect mix of contemporary and rustic: the sleek concrete floor and chic timber cabinetry provide a clean, minimalist look, while the spacious dining table evokes the aesthetic of a rural farmhouse. With the kitchen well-equipped with all the necessary amenities and the dining table ready to accommodate up to eight people, this is the perfect spot for some evening entertaining or dining.
Pass through the door next to the dining table to discover the stunningly lush courtyard, with its leafy overhangs, flowerbeds and vines climbing through lattice fences. Bring a cocktail out here and sit around the table on a sunny afternoon, or sunbathe on the sun lounger. In the evenings, switch on the outdoor lighting to create a cosy atmosphere while dining al fresco.
Back inside, climb the stairs to reach the sprawling principal bedroom. Positively bathed in sunlight pouring through the bay windows, this space is simultaneously expansive and cosy. Centred on a luxuriant super king-sized bed, it also features a chest of drawers, a TV and an array of verdant plants. An open arch reveals the gorgeous en-suite bathroom, which offers a large bath, walk-in shower, toilet and wash basin.
The second floor hosts the second bedroom, a colourful space with an affinity for the talents of one Keith Haring. In here you’ll find a double bed facing a window looking out to the garden. This floor also hosts another bathroom, offering a shower, toilet and wash basin.
On the top floor, the final bedroom awaits. A king-sized bed sits in the light of two skylights, with two rustic bedside tables flanking it. This room also boasts its own en-suite bathroom, complete with dark timber walls, a walk-in shower, toilet and wash basin.
