No smoking or parties. Please note, access to the property is up a few stairs from the street level. A friendly cat and dog usually lives here. Though the cat and dog will not be present during your stay, and the home is cleaned to an extremely high standard, the property may not be suitable for those with allergies. The homeowner's housekeeper will attend twice a week to water the garden and flower boxes.
