No smoking or parties. Children are welcome on request. Small pets are welcome on request. A double sofa bed can be found in the living room. Air conditioning is available in the principal suite, with cooling fans available for other rooms. A small WC bathroom can also be found on the ground floor (by the front door). Please note, this home is set on three floors with no lift in the property. A neighbour will pop by on Sundays to collect any post for the homeowner - we will advise you in advance what time this will be.
