No smoking, pets and parties. Please note, 1 extra guest can sleep on the single sofa bed in the sitting room. Three of the bedrooms have air conditioning. The host's housekeeper will visit on Tuesdays to water the plants and tend to the garden. She's got a key but will always knock before coming in — plus we can promise the garden will look superb for summer.
