No smoking, pets or parties. Please note, this home is set over 2 floors (ground floor and lower ground floor) and there is no lift. The second and third bedrooms are separated by a bifold door that can be pulled across as a room divider. Please be aware that when the divider is across, the second bedroom has no window access. There is an additional pull-out bed beneath the trundle beds in both the second and third bedrooms, sleeping an extra 2 guests if required. There's a sofa bed in the living room to sleep 1 extra guest.
