Full refund (less 5% processing fee) when cancelling at least 14 days before check-in, 50% refund if cancelling less than 14 days before check-in. Cancellations due to serious illness, bereavement or government restrictions, will receive a full refund (less 5% processing fee) when cancelling at least 5 days before check-in, 50% refund if cancelling less than 5 days before check-in.

No smoking, pets or parties. Set over three floors, this home does involve a few stairs. The second bedroom is a little short on storage space, so you'll have to share. A high chair and travel cot can be made available on request. One room on the top floor (not pictured) will be locked with no access, as will the garden shed.
