Please note, this property is split over the first and second floor, with 2 flights of steps to reach the entrance and no step-free access. There is a high quality single sofa chair bed in the second bedroom (not seen in the pictures) that can sleep 2 children (not suitable for adults). Please note in the shared garden, just past the fence and the shed is for the exclusive use of the property. The initial section belongs to the downstairs neighbours.
