Cancellation Policy

We understand the need to keep some fluidity around future travel plans given the evolving situation with Coronavirus. With this in mind, we have adapted our cancellation policy for new bookings to allow for extra flexibility when booking direct with Veeve.

If you do need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing cancellations@veeve.com, quoting your booking ID.

DIRECT BOOKINGS WITH VEEVE:

We want to provide peace of mind and help guests book with confidence. If you booked directly with Veeve and wish to cancel your stay, you will receive a Full refund (less 3% processing fee) when cancelling at least 5 days before arrival, 50% refund if cancelling less than 5 days before arrival.

BOOKINGS MADE WITH VEEVE PARTNERS:

For bookings made with a channel partner (Airbnb, Booking.com, Homes & Villas by Marriott International, VRBO etc), please refer to your booking confirmation for details on your chosen cancellation policy.

If you are unsure of your cancellation policy, you can contact our team by emailing cancellations@veeve.com, quoting your booking ID. We will advise as to your options depending on the cancellation policy selected and partner with who you made your reservation with.
