Cancellation Policy For New Bookings

We understand the need to keep some fluidity around future travel plans given the evolving situation with Coronavirus. With this in mind, we have adapted our cancellation policy for new bookings to allow for extra flexibility.

If you do need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing, quoting your booking ID.


For bookings made before June 15th 2020:

Unless you selected and paid for Flexible Cancellation at the time of booking, if you cancel a Booking prior to the Minimum Notice Period for the relevant Property (usually 30 days) then you will receive a 50% refund of the Rental Fee. If you cancel with less than the Minimum Notice Period, you will still be required to pay the full Rental Fee. If the Rental Fee has not already been paid you will remain liable to pay such Rental Fee.

For bookings made between June 15th 2020 and December 9th 2020, for stays checking in before 20th December 2020:

We want to offer as much flexibility as possible for guests booking stays over the summer months. For stays starting up to 20th December 2020, we offer full refund if you wish to cancel up to 7 days prior to arrival - after this, no refund will be due.​

For bookings made between June 15th 2020 and December 9th 2020, for stays checking in after 20th December 2020:

We want to provide peace of mind and help guests book with confidence beyond 20th December 2020. If you wish to cancel your stay up to 30 days before your arrival, you will receive a full refund; if you wish to cancel up to 14 days before arrival 50% of your booking will be refunded.

For bookings made after December 9th 2020:

Please consult your booking confirmation email for the cancellation terms as advised at time of booking.


We also offer a fully flexible cancellation policy which gives you the opportunity to cancel up to 48 hours before the start of your stay and receive a full refund on the accommodation. This is available at a non-refundable supplement of 15% on top of the accommodation cost and valid for stays worth up to £10,000 / €10,000. Please note that the cancellation policy must be chosen at the time of booking.


For bookings made with a channel partner (Airbnb,, HomeAway, Homes & Villas by Marriott International, VRBO etc), please contact our team by emailing, quoting your booking ID and they will advise as to your options depending on the partner through which you made your reservation.
