Wooden floors lead from the entrance hallway into a comfortable sitting room tucked neatly under the eaves, where a sofa, dining table for four, and peaceful reading corners create a relaxed, homely atmosphere. Shelves of books, a TV, and a coffee table make it an easy space to unwind, while an electric piano and desk add inspiration for guests who want to write, work, or play.

A double sofa bed expands the sleeping options for an additional 2 guests. The sitting area opens into a compact, well-equipped kitchen with an electric hob, microwave, washing machine, and cafetière - everything you need for breakfast before heading out to Regent’s Park or a cosy dinner at home.

The bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a Juliet balcony overlooking the rear of the building. The bathroom next door includes a shower over bath, heated towel rail, loo, and sink.

One of the apartment’s loveliest surprises is found above the hallway: a trapdoor leading to a roof terrace. Pull down the ladder and step out onto this elevated hideaway, complete with railings, outdoor furniture, and wonderful views of Primrose Hill.

We Love
The secret roof terrace with its open-sky views over Primrose Hill, and the cosy, character-filled living space tucked beautifully under the eaves.

House Rules
No smoking, pets or parties. Third floor flat, no lift. The roof terrace is accessed via a steep ladder. The back of the property looks over the railway lines, however double glazing ensures it’s quiet and does not disturb. Please note the dishwasher is currently not in use. To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 25 years old. Although we always endeavour for accuracy, there may be rare occasions where the listing photography and description do not provide an exact representation of the home’s amenities.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund (less 5% processing fee) when cancelling at least 14 days before check-in, 50% refund if cancelling less than 14 days before check-in. Cancellations due to serious illness, bereavement or government restrictions, will receive a full refund (less 5% processing fee) when cancelling at least 5 days before check-in, 50% refund if cancelling less than 5 days before check-in.
