Upon entering this property, the living/ dining room is through the doors on the left. The bright seating area has a large bay window, a two-seater sofa- bed, a Le Corbusier chaise longue, a contemporary occasional chair and a flat-screen TV with surround sound speakers and Netflix. The focal point of this space is the fireplace and large mirror hanging above. The dining area is also well-lit with its own window and an eye-catching mustard dining room table and chair set for four.
Through to the separate and fully-equipped kitchen and second dining area, the property boasts a glass conservatory which leads onto the patio and garden. The kitchen has a gas hob and extractor, a double oven and is spacious with plenty of worktop and cabinet space. The dining table comfortably sits up to six people.
This bright utility space contains a washing machine/dryer combo and has a toilet and sink.
Through the conservatory, which has some shelving, indoor plants and the fridge/freezer, is the patio and garden with outdoor seating, a set of swings, a hammock and a trampoline.
