No smoking, pets or parties. Please note, there is a housekeeper who comes once a week on Mondays for six hours. They will let themselves in and leave once they are finished. The top-floor bedroom is an attic room, so may not be the most comfortable for long-term stays. The single bedroom is not suitable for children under seven or people with mobility issues as it is at the top of a steep spiral staircase and has a low-pitched ceiling. A second sofa bed can be set up in one of the bedrooms if required. Please also be aware that there is no step-free access to this home. Although we always endeavour for accuracy, there may be rare occasions where the listing photography and description do not provide an exact representation of the home’s amenities.

June 2021The room on the top floor has no door and in my view a dangerous spiral staircase with a day bed. how can this be called a bedroom? The sofa bed does not sleep 2 normal size people. So despite being a big house only really sleeps 5.
