The landscaped garden is ideal for al fresco dining or relaxed evenings, with a fire pit, BBQ, and comfortable seating.
The ground floor also includes a double bedroom with en-suite shower and WC, a guest cloakroom, and a dedicated laundry room with washer and dryer.
RAISED GROUND FLOOR
The impressive master suite spans the front of the home, offering a super king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower over bath and double sinks. Please note the dressing room will be private.
SECOND FLOOR
On the second floor you will find two further double bedrooms and a bathroom:
•A double bedroom in neutral tones with reading lights, bedside tables and a wardrobe.
•A double bedroom with desk, wardrobe and bedside table. Please note this room currently has marked walls and carpets. It’s best for kids/a teenager who won’t mind a ‘lived-in’ feel.

At the very top of the house tucked under the eaves is a versatile TV/playroom - perfect for kids or teens looking for a unique space to relax.
