We know the idea of renting out your home to guests can be a daunting prospect, but it need not be.

I’m nervous about renting out my home…

Don’t worry, we have everything covered – we’ve been doing this since 2011 and our service was designed for specifically for lived-in homes. You will be allocated a dedicated personal account manager who will ensure your home is expertly marketed, managed and maintained for you. They will be your contact and ensure you are always confident, comfortable and informed at all times.

I don’t have any photos of my home, where do I start?

We arrange a complimentary professional photoshoot for all our homes. During the photoshoot process, a floorplan will also be taken of the home. Once this is complete, your home listing will be created and sent to you, along with all the details you need to get started. Our team will highlight the character and comforts of your home so that we can market your property on our own website, as well as across multiple online channels such as Booking.com, Airbnb and Vrbo.

I don’t have time to clean my home before and after each guest stay...

You will not have to lift a finger! We will professionally clean your home before and after each stay. We provide toiletries as well as Egyptian cotton towels and linens. We will take care of your home as if it were our own, and return it to you in exactly the same condition it was in when you left it.

What do I do with my belongings?

As the guests understand they are staying in a lived-in home, not as much work is required as you might expect. A member of the New Homes Team can advise you on how to create space. The basics include hanging space in each bedroom, clearing surfaces in kitchens and bathrooms and making sure the fridge is cleared of all perishables.

What if something gets broken?

For ultimate peace of mind, we provide comprehensive cover for your home, which has been designed specifically to meet the needs of lived-in, larger or more expensive homes.

We take pride in vetting and personally greeting each and every guest at your home. We have strict processes and checks in place to ensure that the quality of guests staying is monitored and verified. We ensure that each guest is someone we are confident will treat your home like you would. We also conduct photographic inventories before and after each stay.

I don’t want to be disturbed when I’m travelling away from home…

We invest time getting to know your home, so you don’t have to worry about a thing. We’ll be there to greet guests, take payment, check them in and see that everything is in order. It’s important to us you’re not disturbed while you’re away. Our team is on hand to assist guests with queries, problems or call-outs, so you can enjoy your holiday. To ensure the utmost care of your property is taken, we employ our own in-house teams of Maintenance Staff, Property Managers, Guest Greeters and Quality Assurance Assistants.
