5 Tips on Being a 5 Star Host
The Veeve experience is a little bit different to typical hosting. We've compiled our top tips for transforming your home into the perfect rental property:

No Mess, No Stress
Declutter and provide plenty of space and coat hangers for your guests to store their belongings and settle in for their stay. Don’t worry if you don’t have enough wardrobe space; you can simply set up a separate hanging rail and tamper tape can be used to protect the rest of your clothes in your wardrobe.
TIP 2:
All In Working Order
Ensure that your property is in its best condition and double-check that all your appliances and entertainment systems are in working order. We will get to know your home and write a guide to using anything complicated (including passwords) for your guests.
TIP 3:
A Scent of What's to Come
A truly great way to welcome guests is to ensure that your home smells beautiful. Room sprays and scented sticks are longer lasting and safer than scented candles.
TIP 4:
A Personal Touch
Help your guests to feel at home by making the space as welcoming as possible. Some thoughtful books or a selection of recent lifestyle magazines help to make a stay extra special. If you don’t have time or you are away for longer periods, you don’t need to worry as we arrange a welcome treat and a hand-written note for your guests.

If there’s a wonderful restaurant or a farmers’ market in your neighbourhood that you wouldn’t want your guests to miss, simply tell your dedicated account manager and we will make sure it is featured on the listing of your home.
