What is an Occupation Agreement and why do I need to sign it?

Before your stay, we require the lead guest to sign an Occupation Agreement. This is a contract between you (the guest) and the host, arranged by Veeve. You can view the full terms here:

Key Points:
  • Not a Tenancy Agreement: The agreement gives you permission to occupy the property for the agreed period, but doesn’t grant exclusive possession.
  • Why Sign?: Signing ensures you understand the terms and provide details of other guests staying.
  • Simple Process: We’ve kept it brief for your convenience, and you can sign electronically.

Our Guest Services team are open 7 days a week, 9am – 7pm (UK time). Over the summer and Christmas seasons, we will usually be open later, and also have out-of-hours support if you need it.

To extend your current stay, or make a new booking: email guest.enquiries@veeve.com 

To cancel your stay: email cancellations@veeve.com and quote your booking ID. 

 
Check-in

✔ Standard check-in: 3pm – 9pm.
✔ Early check-in (12pm – 3pm): Limited availability & subject to an additional charge. Please contact us as soon as possible to request this.
✔ Early check-in before 12pm: Requires booking the previous night.
✔ Late check-in (after 9pm): Additional fee applies.

Note: Early check-ins are subject to availability. If we need to rearrange due to last-minute bookings or scheduling changes, we will refund any early check-in fees paid.

Check-out

✔ Standard check-out: 10am.
✔ Late check-out (until 11am): Available on request at no extra cost, confirmed 1-2 days before departure.
✔ Late check-out (after 11am): May be possible for a fee—contact us for availability.
✔ Late check-out (after 3pm): Requires booking an extra night.
